Where Rodeo Runs Deep and Patriotism Rides High
While most folks think of Christmas as a winter holiday, we’ve got our own kind of Christmas out here—and it comes with dirt, dust, and fireworks overhead. Welcome to Cowboy Christmas—rodeo season’s busiest, rowdiest, and most exciting week of the year.
What Is Cowboy Christmas?
In the world of rodeo, Cowboy Christmas happens every year during the week of the Fourth of July, when cowboys and cowgirls crisscross the country hitting as many rodeos as they can—sometimes two or three in a single day. It’s about miles, grit, and chasing that payout. It’s also where careers are made and legacies begin.
For rodeo families, it’s as big as it gets.
Cowboy Christmas, PNW Style
Up here in the Pacific Northwest, we’ve got our own flavor. It’s rodeo arenas tucked between pine-covered mountains. It’s hauling trailers down two-lane highways to small towns that fill the grandstands under open skies. It’s fireworks over the fairgrounds and kids running through livestock barns in American flag boots.
Cowboy Christmas in the PNW is about roots. Ranch families. Generations. And honoring the flag that flies over every arena.
For the Next Generation of Riders
At True Kidz, we believe Cowboy Christmas isn’t just for the pros. It’s for the kids hauling hay between events, the ones helping their siblings into mutton-busting chutes, and the little flag bearers learning to ride with pride. It’s the beginning of the dream—and we’re here to outfit them for it.
Whether it’s our Operation Rodeo Drop tee, our Trailhead classic, or the Brand Iron staple, our gear is made for the ones who are just getting started—but already riding strong.
