We’re tough on quality—but easy to work with.
At True Kidz, we stand behind our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order hits your doorstep.
Here’s the deal:
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In the same condition you got them—unworn, unused, with tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on where to send your item. Please don’t send anything back before reaching out—we can’t accept unapproved returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Some things just can’t be returned. These include:

Gift cards

Items from limited-run drops or final sale

Hazardous goods (yep, we don’t sell ‘em—but we still gotta say it)

You cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake.
Refunds
Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Just a heads-up—banks and credit cards can take a few days to process it.
Damaged or Wrong Items
We check every order before it heads out, but if something’s not right—like damage or the wrong item—let us know ASAP. Email support@truekidzapparel.com with a photo or video, and we’ll get a replacement out to you fast. We’ll cover shipping for anything that’s our mistake.
You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to report issues like this.
